In 1994 Loretta D. Spence had spent a decade with firms when she launched Spence Studio Interiors. She is a proficient value-driven professional with unwavering integrity and an honest, open approach that results in intelligent design that feeds the soul. Her unique process considers space, people and innovation as natural allies, making real needs work without sacrificing drama, aesthetics and the transformational role of nature.

Ms. Spence has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architectural Design from the California College of the Arts in Oakland, and is certified by the California Council for Interior Design Certification, CID #1769. She is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). She is a certified LEED AP specializing in Commercial Interiors.

She has been teaming with many notable Bay Area architectural design firms and individuals for more than 26 years. Ms. Spence’s work is noted for its proficient and tasteful fusion of technology and equipment in specialty interiors.
